2026 CCF Camping Permit Rules, Regulations and Policies
In order to request and be considered for a previous camping assignment, applications and payments must be received by May 1, 2026 and will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis. NOTE there are no guarantees.
● After May 1, 2026, campers will be assigned spots based on access and availability.
● Permit valid Friday prior to fair through the Monday immediately following the end of fair.
● One (1) week pass is included with this application.
● Permit must be displayed on registered camper through the 2026 CCF week
● Do not send money for any additional 2026 membership or season pass(es) with this camping application.
● Camping units may be placed on assigned lots after 9am Wednesday prior to fair. However, no camping is allowed until Friday prior to the start of the fair. Electric is available when campers are set. A/C must be turned off prior to Friday before fair.
● Camper/camping placement outside of assigned campsite boundary or in another campsite boundary without the written approval of the CCF Camping Committee chair (Eric Wehrum, 513-317-5035) WILL result in loss of camping privileges.
● No parking passes are issued to campsites. Parking must be done in general parking.
● No refunds will be granted 45 days prior to fair.
● All electric cords must be rated for RV use, minimum of 10 Gauge.
● Surge protectors are recommended but not required. Fairboard is not responsible for any damage to electrical components.
● Electrical pedestals are first come first serve in terms of 30 amp and 50 amp availability. Pedestals are marked per campsite. Pay attention to what pedestal you are supposed to plug in to.
● Camper owners will be held liable for any damage done to electric pedestals and/or water hydrants Fairground Rules
● The Primary Registrant must be an adult staying in the camping unit and is responsible for the behavior and welfare of all other members.
● DO NOT DRINK THE WATER. Water is not potable (not suitable for consumption).
● Open fires are not allowed. Cooking over approved burners is permitted. No grilling, cooking or other sources of open flames are permitted under awnings or canopies.
● Intoxicating beverages, profane or vulgar language, excessive noise and/or disorderly conduct of any type will not be tolerated. Any of these is sufficient reason for the eviction from camping areas and fairgrounds without refund of any fees.
● Camping areas must be quieted by 12 p.m. midnight—CURFEW TIME—and campers must be on their respective lots by then. Any person not observing the curfew may be evicted.
● One camping unit per lot (One tent or one camper). No one is permitted to sleep in a car. In no case will more than one registered user be allowed in one assigned area.
● Solid waste, garbage, cans and paper is to be disposed of in trash barrels. Absolutely no leaking of gray or black water. Violators will be asked to leave and their camping fees forfeited.
● No bicycles are allowed on campgrounds or fairgrounds. No golf carts or other UTVs are allowed without a permit. Check with the office to be considered for a permit.
Waiver of Liability I for myself, my executors, administrators, and assignees, do hereby release and discharge all sponsors, coordinators groups, volunteers, and any individuals associated with this campground, for all claim or damages, demand, actions, and whatsoever in manner arising or growing out of my stay in said campground. Although the Clermont County Agricultural society members make every effort to exercise the following rules and regulations for your welfare and pleasure, they cannot attempt to hold themselves responsible for the protection and safety of the campers or their personal properties.
